This is my first attempt at "what to do with the doors ". Another idea is to use leaded glass without the wood mullions and muttins. So before its all said and done I've got some more work to do. In the meantime I'll work on the bookcases, clock and display case.

Work has progressed

So, I lost my post - AM I FRUSTRATED!! I wrote something about the "Coffee Table" which is in the works and already 'SOLD!' Then there is the "Slant Leg Low Cabinet with Drawers" as well as the latest "Display Case." I love the furniture I make - it's Mission-Craftsman style made the way I, Casey Fisher, prefer. But it's also time consuming to cut and fit parts, glue, sand and finish so that I end up with a well built "Made in America" piece - something that I would want to own.

Bookcase #105- Quartered white oak, 5' tall, 4'9" wide, 14" deep. The design is my adaption of pictures from one of the first books on Mission-style furniture I ever read. I'm in the process of building another set of this style bookcase.
